Mariana's oil paintings are inspired by every season which offers so many
wonderful subjects. Some of them are full of life, enthusiasm when colours are bright, yet sensitive,
suggesting a vision full of hope, while others suggest an overall impression of a subtle, sweet sadness
as if the colors were somehow subdued as nature is in autumn or winter, when a thin veil of gray would
participate to the composition.
